Msc Cruises South Africa No refund

I sent through a doctor's letter informing MSC that I won't be able to go on our cruise anymore 30 March 2018. I am pregnant and the expected date for delivery will be 14 March 2018.

One of their consultants phone me and told me that they will not be able to refund me because the policy says that I must be 24 months pregant or in hospital. Did you know that you are not allowed to travel 4 weeks after giving birth??? You can't expect me to go on a cruise with a huge cut in my stomach. This is so unreasonable!!!!

The consultant also informed me that I can't postpone the trip for later the year. So basically I have no other option that just to loose my money!! This is 6 months before the cruise!!!!

So disappointed in their feedback.
