MSC Cruises SA - Misleading advertising

Good day, we booked a cruise for a group of people. On number 99 we were informed that the MSC for Me App does not work on the MSC Splendida ship, even though it is being advertised on the MSC website that you can use the App to communicate with fellow guests in your group. Now we are forced to also buy wifi packages even though the website states: "MSC for Me Chat - message directly through the app without an internet package". We are also reporting this to the CPA of SA. Misleading Advertising and violating our consumer rights.
