MSC Cruises Refuses to pay back part of the payment for a trip which they cancelled!

<p>We paid for a cruise a few months ago to which it was cancelled a few days before due to weather. We received a part refund to which we followed up and asked for the balance of the money. The reply was that the money kept from us was for non-refundable insurance which we do not believe as the cruise never happened so then why would they have paid insurance over for thousands of people. When we asked them for proof of the payment of the insurance money to their insurer, their reply was that we must call Hollard and ask them for proof that they received the money. No reference number not dates no contacts given, simply another South African "brush off" so that they can have less responsibility whisky they keep our money and continue with their Facebook scrolling.... Typical 3rd world country service, it's this attitude that keeps us all back as a community and country.</p>
