MSC Cruises refund

I am so disappointed with MSC, they are so unprofessional. I booked a cruise for December 2020 and due to the pandemic I wish to cancel the cruise. This cruise was booked a year in advance and a deposit was paid when there was no pandemic. I am so frustrated as they say the cruise is set to go ahead. Some people are not willing to risk their health and lives to go on the cruise. I requested a refund and they said the booking falls under normal terms and conditions where if cancelled a refund cannot be given. There seems to be no consideration for people and their concerns. I am highly disappointed and saddened by the lack of consideration of MSC and the unwillingness to refund my money.
