MSC Cruises refund

We were suppose to board the 20th March 2020 all cost was paid before boarding plus extra charges with out hesitation. because of COVID 19 all cruise where stop in South Africa which was a bit disappointing but except able. the next available cruise January 2021, due to unfortunate circumstances it will be impossible for us to take the next cruise. and so we have ask for a refund 4 months later and still no refund making contact with the travel agency(Southafrican to. Travel Online) asking about the refund we got a sarcastic message from the travel agent stating that we were not the only people suppose to board now the latest feedback is they waiting for MSC Italy according to me it does not look like we will getting our refund back from either the travel agent or MSC Cruises
