MSC Cruises Poor Service

Nightmare dealing with MSC. We booked the Christmas cruise (in March 2023 already) for my husband's 60th birthday. They placed our young underage boys 14 cabins away from us (which responsible parent would accept that?). After lengthy discussion, they're insisting we go on a different cruise, meaning we would need to take our kids out of school for the week, and they want to charge us more. If we don't accept these terms, we lose our deposit.

Poor service, and shame on you MSC
