MSC Cruises - Pathetic Client Sevice

We have booked a cruise to depart from Italy on 22 March 2022. As no VISA's may be obtained for tourists to Italy, we would be unable to be part of the cruise. When phoning MSC on many, many occasions, we are either cut-off or made to hold for over 10 minutes when we end the call as there is just no communication or feedback. As we are needing a refund, MSC are simple not doing what they can do be helpful as they say their Head Office is still to make a decision! With just 5 weeks to go before cruise date, and 4 weeks to go before our flights leave SA, MSC are not treating their customers with urgency or the consideration they should. I for one will think long and hard before booking with MSC again!
