MSC Cruises OVERRATED!!!

OK so this is my official review on MSC Cruises. We made a booking last year for Woman month to go on a cruise for the 15th of Feb 2019 to thew 18th of April 2019, the entire trip would cost us R9110.00, without drink packages. So we payed our deposit for the cruise which was R3000.00, the December we called MSC Cruises Customer Services to ask if we can extend our payment up until January to make the full payment the lady informed me that we if we pay R2000.00 now we can secure our booking for Feb, we paid the R2000.00. January came and we paid the total outstanding amount which was R4110.00, directly after the payment we received a email stating our cruise was canceled. Very confused we contacted MSC Customer Services again to find out what is going on, as per there response the consultant told me our cruise was canceled in December which we were not informed of, I told her that a lady whom I spoke to in Dec told me we could extend our payment if we pay that R2000.00, she went to the recorded phone call between me and the lady on the date 2018/12/03 and responded telling me that she did not tell us we only had a 10 payment exstention after that R2000.00 payment was made. So according to my knowledge that is a issue from there side and not mine, I was not told of this 10 day exstention, also they have a TERMS AND CONDITIONS CLAUSE, THAT SAYS WE HAVE 75 DAYS FROM THE BOOKING DATE TO MAKE THE FULL PAYMENT OF THE CRUISE WHICH WE KNEW. That is why we contacted them to ask for a extension and the lady told us we could pay in January. Furioused, now I ask the lady what would the next step be do I get a refund? Do I lose my money? What would happen? SHE SAID I WILL ONLY GET THE MONEY BACK WHICH I PAYED ON THE 2019/01/25 AND NOT THE REST (MSC took R5000.00). Her response to me was the Following: "The email sent to you, corresponds with your email. The R5000 is 50% of the cruise fare penalty for cancellation as it falls under the cancellation period 74- 40 days before the cruise begins. In support of clause 7.2 you sent, we have therefore recovered the proportion of the Cruise Fare payable, in order to reimburse MSC for its loss of income/revenue, for damages and out of pocket expenses arising from or pursuant to the cancellation. Not paying within the given time frame is considered as pursuant to the cancellation. The amount due to you is therefore R4110.00".

Clause 7.2 By purchasing a Cruise Ticket through MSC, the Passenger acknowledges and agrees that in the event of a cancellation, MSC may retain the full Deposit, or may recover the full or a proportion of the Cruise Fare payable, in order to reimburse MSC for its loss of income/revenue, for damages and out of pocket expenses arising from or pursuant to the cancellation.

Why I posted this on HelloPeter is because the have cheated me out of my money and my trip, I have lost R7700.00 in literally 1 day, the consultant(Simelane Nompumelelo) told me that they keep the deposit which I knew yes and a extra R2000.00 FOR WHAT? Her answers continually was Read Clause 7.2... MSC hasn't suffered any losses income/revenue... we have, on the contrary they actually made more money they booked our cabin with other passengers got the full payment of that cabin and our R5000.00 so tell be where did they lose any freakin money.

MSC Cruises doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating a ZERO star rating would be accurate.
