MSC Cruises - joke

Ref No. ***0 - Mrs ME GIBSON. I am trying to change the names of people going a cruise later this year as I can no longer go.. I sent an email on Monday 13th March 2023. Received a reply on Tuesday 14th March - still waiting to hear from them - The service is an absolute joke. Is it so difficult to change a name from mine to another 2 people? My number is ***
