Msc cruises hold onto any money you pay - might never get it back

A senior on pension and 6th cruise. Msc was average with food etc. Now financially after Covid in trouble. Chance any monies paid will be lost forever. After changing cruises and buying a drinks package in advance they supposed to refund you and you buy another one for the next cruise. Been 40 days and the answer you get is they working on it. My suggestion only buy the package on the last possible moment and you sure you still want to go. Also was 60 days the balance was payable. It's now 75 days before the cruise
