MSC Cruises don't pay refunds immediately

MSC Cruisesadvertised a cruise to Mozambique, with a departure date of 18 November 2021. The payments requested by them were made.. Thereafter MSC unilaterally changed the departure date to 6 December 2021 and, when the client attempted to cancel owing to the date is not suiting, they would not reimburse her stating that she had to – wait 120 days for repayment and (wait for this!) sign a non-disclosure agreement. You cannot change the dates of a tour and then not immediately refund a client who had paid in full!
