Msc cruises does not pay back when they say they do.

I booked last year october and paid deposit cruise for December 2020 for me and my family , recieved my bonus December 2019 and paid upfront the balance for the cruise. Once covid hit my wife and I recieved pay cuts and the unexpected made us realise that this holiday is not going to happen for us. I then requested in april to cancel the cruise, requesting for my money to be paid back. The cruise was cancelled and nearly 6 months down the line ,I have not recieved a cent . I request for my monies via email on a regular basis. But I get some sort of basic reply. I have realised that I have paid for a holiday that I am not going to get .I put 1 star only because there isnt anything less
