MSC Cruises - Credit card clearance

We went on the MSC Orchestra on a cruise from 29 April until the 4th of May 2022 from Cape Town to Walvisbay. It was an amazing experience and we will go on many more in future but the problem started after we board the ship.

My credit card was linked to my MSC identity card.

They took forever to clear the amounts on my MSC account (already deducted from my credit card) but still showing minus amounts that adds up to the total amount. All they have to do is clear the amounts from their side and my credit will show on my credit card again. This lady who I communicate with regarding, just come back every time with the same story. My mail is sent to Head Office, no response yet.
