MSC CRUISES CORONA NON CANCELLATION POLICY

I had booked a cruise for my family and three children two of which are under 2. With the outbreak of the Corona Virus I could not travel with the kids as they are on higher risk of an infection. I call MSC cruises to cancel in light of the imminent danger but was told management had decided that there would be NO REFUNDS for cancellations notwithstanding the obvious threat to peoples' well being.

If this is not the most profit driven, reckless and negligent standard of business I do not know what is. I do not recommend any travels with the cruise. My family and I have been ****** of approximately R 13 000.00.
