MSC Cruises

We were booked on MSC Splendida for cruise to Mosambique. Embarcation time was initially set for 13:30-14:30. We booked flight from CPT to cruise and arrived at 13:50, but the gate was closed and we were not permitted to board the ship. We have tried all possible ways to get in, but they just said they cannot help us! My blind husband is standing with us in the sweltering heat, trying to fight for a possible chance to get on the cruise we spent our holiday money on. This Xmas will be a very sad one- and that after saving up for it for several months!!!
