MSC CRUISE SHIPS

To whom it may concern I want to make this clear so that everyone out there can know what I went through after paying a deposit of R5000.00 to MSC CRUISE SHIPS in January I made a booking for dec 2020 then covid-19 hit the world and everyone was affected through out the world when I emailed our travel agent I was told that MSC DO NOT GIVE DEPOSITS back and only a voucher and that is only applicable if the cruise is cancelled from their side today I was told the cruise is still on and I need to pay the balance of 26000 by Monday the 5 Oct 2020 we are still not in the clear and other countries are already back at being locked down what if I pay the 26000 and we go back to level 5 then I will loose a whole 31000 I will never again book anything with msc cruises and they can keep the R5000.00 and as I can see there are a lot of people that this is happening to so MSC CRUISES enjoy my R5000.00 and also ALL the other peoples money that you taking
