MSC CRUISE DONT BOOK WITH THEM

I booked a local cruise with MSC in October 2020 for a 4 day cruise in March 2021 but due to Covid our Cruise was cancelled I then banked these dates with MSC Cruises and tried to book for this year to get told we would have to pay in more money which is unacceptable considering they have had our money since 2020. I then cancelled our cruise on the 3 December 2021 which I have had to make numerous phone calls with regards to my refund which they only paid me back a portion of it on the 18 March 2022 and when I contacted them they said its because they pay in batches ??? Which we all know is nonsense as you have to pay the full amount for your cruise booking......
