Msc cruise cancelled trip

Good day. Its day 6 today without a press release or any constructive feedback regarding a refund for our cruise that were cancelled last week.I do understand that the ship had to cancelled our trip.But what i dont understand is why i should take a refund voucher when i paid msc cruise in cash.I do not want to book another cruise with msc as we dont know when this pandemic will end.All i want is my money back in cash the same why i paid the travel agency which they paid msc.No one is taking us seriously i would just like my money back.How many time have a contacted them and they have given me the run around.All i want is what belongs to me.
