MSC and RSG is selfish.

MSC in corporation with RSG present Oppi Watter Fees .Due to the covid 19 virus the cruise is ineffect cancelled. However they say it is postponed totJan 2021. Which in effect mean it is 2021 cruise. They don't offer to pay back the clients money. They just assume the new date is okay. My mother is 79 years. She would ahve meet a friend to go on tour. She can barely walk( walk with aid) Nect year cruises won't suite her and the friend. I request a refund from MSC and RSG which they just refuse. Accoding to me this is not correct.
