Missing Suitcase

Waiting for my suitcase that went into the MSC Musica on the 5th and came back on the 8 April 2019. Its proving to be impossible to receive any proper feedback from MSC after 2 weeks, all you receive is automated reply. Their call centre gives you the email address where you have to send the email.

What is difficult in locating a simple suitcase? I haven't requested shipping. Just locate the suitcase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
