Booked and paid in full for a Cruise departing Dec 2020 but due to Covid was rescheduled for Dec 2021! Cancelled our booking because the new day no longer suit my plans, initially was told my refund will reflect in 7-20 days!Decided to do a follow up and was shocked to be told it will take up to 200 days as it HO in Geneva processes Refunds!That’s the most absurd waiting period I’ve ever heard, especially when it was so quick to request the fare upfront and in full!Totally ridiculous and unacceptable
