Luggage gone missing on cruise ship on arrival

<p> </p> <p><font size="3"> </font></p> <p><font size="3"> </font></p> <p><font size="3"> </font></p> <p><font size="3">my friends and I booked MSC for a cruise to the Portuguese islands on the 15/04/2016 returning 18/04/2016.I was so excited and packed all my best clothes and even went shopping for a few items to wear on the cruise. we arrived at the Durban port on the 15th around 8 am, we checked in our luggage and board the ship. we were told that the luggage will be delivered to our cabins as per cabin num on the sticker of the bag. our bags were together but to my surprise when they were delivered to our cabins my bag was missing.I reported to reception and they assured me they will find it and bring it and that it will be in my hands before I go to sleep.everyone freshened up to get ready for the activities on the cruise and I did not even have a toothbrush to freshen up.I went again to reception around 10pm and still no bag, all they kept on saying was "don't stress we will find it". my 1st night was already wasted,I went to bed and woke up on the 16th and still my bag was not </font></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
