is being a voyagers club member just a hoax

This was my third cruise on the MSC,on our first cruise I booked the balcony cabin and registered as a club member, I am completely dissatisfied in the manner we were treated. The consultant advised me that my 3 year old who cruised twice before could not be on this cruise as there were no cabins available that could accommodate a third person, we booked 7 cabins in total to my dismay when we checked in we had 2 cabins that were 4 sleepers, I was not treated as a valued customer and the person handling my bookings did not research what was available and just made this decision without checking thus creating a miserable experience for me as I had I leave my baby at home. <br> The second issue is that we were not noticed as MSC club members, whilst other cabins received invites to the captains party we were not invited. It is totally disgusting that we are promised additional benefits as voyager club members yet we received none of this. If our points are added we have accumulated much points,the other passengers that booked with me also cruised 4/5 times, I would like these matters looked into and feedback provided as this type of service is unacceptable.<br>
