Horrible Service!

It's very disappointed that MSC Cruises won't even consider rolling our deposits to the next season! We planned a cruise for January 2021 with my parents. Both of them are however high risk for CoVid (over 70 years of age and other medical conditions). MSC Cruises just absolutely refused to either refund deposits or at least move it to next season! We could only change the cruise date to April 2021 latest. Do they expect CoVid to be gone by then?!
