Horrible Experience from MSC ORCHESTRA

I had a very bad experience during my time on the Msc Orchestra 18/02/22 - 21/02/22. Firstly people pay allot of money to go on these ship cruises and expect to have a good time. There was not a variety of entertainment for all the people on the cruise, I am not sure if it was a themed cruise but I was not informed of this. the only entertainment that was available was Afrikaans music and entertainment. there was allot of people that do not understand the language but they was not catered for.

I think its only fair to have some sort of entertainment for everyone so that everyone could enjoy the cruise as well.

The same boring songs was being played/sang on repeat. There was no excitement on this cruise, it was actually sad,

The disco was also closed, We was not informed of this when making the booking. Basically there is nothing to do on this ship. ITS TRUELY A WASTE OF MONEY.

I would not advise anyone to go on this cruise.

We was totally bored and couldnt wait to go home.

There was 2 breakfast stations and on our deck the lady stood at the door and told us that we cannot enter because they were full, Surely they should of planned for the amount of people that need to eat! we was asked to wait and they cannot tell us how long. I find this unexceptable!

This trip was a total Misery , I wasted my hard earned money and time off work for unkept promised from MSC.
