Hidden Costs/*****

I recently went on a cruise and was totally shocked with the way the staff reacts when asked a question, its like they do not understand English, I understand they all are foreigners, but such a huge ship should employ people whom understand and speak proper English. Another problem i had was, When i booked the cruise, i was told the cabin i booked could only accommodate 2 Adults and 1 child, When i went into the cabin,there were 2 Bunk beds and a king size bed. I want to know why was i **** too regarding that. And MSC must stop over charging and lying to their customers about their vouchers, THAT IS PATHETIC. The waiter who is selling the vouchers gives you a price, but when we went to pay, the lady at reception gave us another price, and when we asked about it, she then acts like she does understand English and acts DOM.
