I've been in contact with MSC agent Sharon. This has been by far 1 of the best customer services experiences , I've ever had. Sharon made me feel like I'm talking to a friend, understanding me and probing for information but also getting clarification for herself. Sharon is really a great asset to your company. Should I have worked at my old job, I would've definitely employed her. Well done for uplifting MSC, Sharon. Keep up the great work!
