got Dr's letters husband unfit to travl still refu

MSC was advised via travel agency about 7/8 weeks ago that my husband was hospitalised, and was provided with his doctors letters that he was unfit to travel on the cruise on MSC Sinfonia booking no ***, 14/3/16 to 18/3/16. The refuse d to postpone our cruise and insisted that we cancel our booking and now don't want to give our full R10 900.00 back. I can email you all the emails and docs.
