Goods left on ship

Firstly to say that no one answers phones at MSC cruises. You can wait up to 60 minutes. Secondly I left some personnel effects on the ship. This was reported on day of dismembarkment as well as followed up on email and telephonic phone calls. Its now 3 weeks from my first complaint and still not have received any feedback from MSC cruises - really shocking
