Glocell Cruise to nowhere -Tsheko Sereme Customer Service Agent for TLC Marketing World Wide PTY Ltd - CC Sheila Nankervis Marketing Manager at Glocell

<p>This will be my third and last time i complain on Hello Peter about hte poor scervice from the above mentioned regarding dates and confirmation about the cruise that was very quickly promised to me when I wanted to take out a cell phone contract with Glocell..............it's not a competition they said it's guaranteed. I am very disappointed, 9 Dec 2016 I posted on Hello Peter and the same day Tsheko Sereme phoned me promising me he will email me new dates. He emailed me the same day saying he will mail me new dates by the following week. I emailed him again on 14 Dec 2016 asking him to forward me the dates like he promised.................no reply. On 20 Dec 2016 i mailed him again regarding dates for our cruise still no answer and in all these emails Sheila Nankervis were CC.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very disgusted in the service you give me no other choice but to hand you over to my lawyers.</p> <p> </p> <p>This in not just about hte cruise.............I am the one that have to tell the kids that we not going on a cruise ship, everbody was very excited and now I have to be the one to disappoint them..............and that's the worst part!!! After all the trouble of going for passports and unabridged birth certificates and spending all the money and time for nothing!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I pay my account every month I expect you to honor your side of the deal like a respectable/decent/good/upright/highly regarded company will.</p>
