Frustrating and very user unfriendly

The most frustrating process is to try and go through the process of registering to be able to print a e-ticket. I dare any management to try and do this, the system would not allow for me to type in the country or province as it needs to be done by the server, well 3 days later I am still trying. Drop down boxes can be done alphabetically any web designer worth is salt can do this. Have to scroll through all the countries/language to find mine.<br> Please update your website.
