False Information

I wanted to make a booking for a local cruise. When I first enquired whether I can use my own travel insurance instead of the one they force you to pay for, I was told yes, but then I cannot make the booking online. Fine, so I arranged my own travel insurance (much cheaper than theirs, with exactly the same benefits). Phoned back to complete my booking, and then I was told I cannot use my own travel insurance for local South African cruises. After I went through all the trouble and expense of arranging my own insurance. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told someone would phone me back, but this never happened. I'm sure your cruises are great, but I don't like being **** to and having my time and money wasted with false information. And in principle it is ridiculous to force specific travel insurance on customers at additional costs - which is not mentioned until you get to the end of finalising your booking.
