FALSE ADVERTISING!! (MSC MUSICA)

So dissapointed in the false advertising and pathetic service from MSC Cruises! You offer a promotion to your voyager club members (MSC MUSICA), below its states that kids cruise free and when making the booking you are told its only for 2 people! Dont advertise false information and then your rude staff cuts the call when you question why and ask to speak to a manager! I cruise often with this comapany local and international cruises and your staff in South Africa are pathetic at customer services! I also dont know why its called a promotion when you are not allowed to take your children but Kids apparently cruise free??? MSC i expected more from this company, PATHETIC! Please tell me where in the fine print below on the email i received does it say for 2 people only, because i do see the kids cruise free policy....
