Extremely Disappointing Service on Board (MSC)

I am on board the MSC ****ia. This is my first, yet extremely disappointing experience with MSC. We've booked 2 cabins with our agent, as my husband and I are on our honeymoon,and our friends are also on holiday. When we were boarding the ship, we found out from the staff that there is just one cabin for both the couples. As we are newly married, we require privacy and thus having both couples in the same room is quite uncomfortable. We were advised to speak to reception, which we duly did. We spoke to many receptionists, and unfortunately those that we spoke to were very arrogant. We explained our situation but unfortunately we were given the run around, with calls being made to no avail. I then spoke to the Assistant Guest Relations Manager, Constanza, who was as arrogant as the rest of the reception staff that I spoke to. I had to explain to her twice that I am on honeymoon with my husband and yet we have four single kiddies beds in the same room to sleep on and all she said was that she understands and became very rude by saying that I am free to get off the ship and she doesn't care how much we have paid. The Relations Manager, Myra Petri, could not assist. DISAPPOINTED.
