E-ticket download error message

Good day please assist with your online e-ticket problem , we have tried using the app , online web using phones and laptops but we are failing today i called the customer care line and i was on hold for so long trying to get someone to assist me the lady who was trying to help's line was very mumbled i had to hold for so long to be transferred my lunch break depleted can someone please assist us we are struggling to download the tickets all 4 of us
