Do not book with MSC for cruises!!

We are a group of friends travelling from SA, Zambia and Namibia. We have booked ages ago and have now been informed that our cruise is now a "net matrieks" cruise. We have to pay in money, and we cannot move the cruise as all of us have careers and have already requested leave. I can think of nothing worse than being stuck on a **** with a bunch of teens. The call center was not empathetic at all. Not at any point did anyone apologize or try to make some sort of gesture to ensure that we will feel safe and comfortable. The call centre agent asked me if i want you to move the Matriek cruise again?? Unacceptable.
