Disgusting MSC Love Jazz Cruise

We were on the Love Jazz cruise and it was the most unpleasant / disgusting trip we (My wife & I, as pensioners) have ever experienced in our LIVES. We queued for 3.5 hours as PENSIONERS to Embark. What happened to the Boarding / Embarkment times that we were given, even after the delay? MSC was Understaffed to cater for +/- 4100 guests. Some of the Guests were impossible. The FOOD was terrible Queues everywhere for Restaurant, Buffet. Bars, lifts. Stairs was blocked with queues from everywhere during the fire/safety drill. DISGUSTING service….period WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND MSC to ANY of our FRIENDS and FAMILY and anyone that will listen. Cabin # 11069 on Splendida.
