DISASTROUS INCONSIDERATE CRUISE
The carpets were dirty and unvacuumed when we embarked! Secondly, you took our vacation money. placed us on the 8th floor, and had the nerve to rent out the floor below us for a function, to which we were subjected to loud music from 22h00 on day 2 until 3am the following morning. Calls and a visit to reception fell on deaf ears. I even went to the function room and was laughed out of there, with the response - 'we've paid for this room and we will switch the music off when we please'! We spent most of the next morning trying to get an explanation for this. Where msc supposedly 'full ship' suddenly had emergency rooms available, which by the way were smaller than the one we had. We eventually agreed to settle for another room and had to relocate all our belongings - as we were informed there would be more functions in the same venue during our trip! We are senior citizens and do not appreciate your inconsideration! Further, not being fami**** with QR codes, finding out what was happening on the ship was a constant struggle. We were unable to stop at Pomene and that was understandable. But you closed the breakfast dining room on deck 5 at 08h30, your waiters knowing full well the day before, the trip as**** may be cancelled. And then we had to go to deck 13 where tables were not available? For the lunch buffet on deck 5, we queued for an hour. Further, you knowingly allowed alcohol to be sold, by the bottle, at the bars. This resulted in many drunken racial outbursts at the pool with people seizing other peoples, including our deck chairs, while we were swimming! I view the inconsideration we were shown in very bad taste. Lastly your disembarkation plan was a shambles as all numbers were joining the queue ad lib! I challenge you to try and defend yourselves!
