Disappointing & Bad customer service - Lost my deposit

Don't use MSC Cruises - They don't care about customers. Booked Matric 2020 cruise which obviously could not happen and MSC changed the date (which we cannot make) and refused to refund deposits.

Booking a cruise with them is a sure way to throw money away. My recommendation: NEVER USE MSC CRUISES - You will be disappointed
