Disapointed in Msc cruises

So dissapointed in msc cruises for not having any heart in this time of the pandemic to them its business as usual. We are booked for a cruise for Desember we have 2 grandparents and a child with asthma in the group who is high risk for covid. They don't refund deposits and you still have to pay full fee to change the cruise and are forced to take it before end of season. I mean this is not normal circumstances i would think they at least refund the high risk or give free extensions.
