Customer Last !!

I really don't know what this companies objectives are. They constantly move the goalposts all to the detriment of the customer . Alter the payment terms - alter the cancellation terms - change the rules regarding their loyalty scheme (quite dramatically). Each cruise has been chaos getting on and off the ship - Prices have gone through the roof... enough !.. I am walking !
