cruise in style - worst company to deal with

I am currently battling to get my refund from MSC for a trip which i paid and everytime i message the agency which collected my money I have numerous excuses.Can i please get help and can someone help me in which direction i should go.Its gone almost six months and nothing is materialising.The agency is situated in Alberton Gauteng called Cruise in style.Should i pursue legal action
