CRUISE FROM HELL

29/2/2016@10:00 - 4/3/2016@04:55 Durban - Portuguese islands - Durban. We anticipated 2 years , this holiday of a lifetime, a cruise! They did not cater for vegetarians as was the initial request. The boat docked at 04:55 on Friday morning in Durban, we were told to disembark after a quick breakfast. The passengers were herded like cattle off the boat to have the next conveyor belt of passengers embark. Our luggage was thrown around smashing the gifts and ruining the contents of the luggage with liquid from the bottles of liquid. The customer relations staff were extremely offensive, unconcerned and indifferent to this destruction of our property. This cruise is not recommendable!<br>
