Cruise 2021

I am gutterly disgusted with MSC Cruises. We booked a cruise for Jan 2021 unaware of the pandemic that will hit us this bad.

I requested from MSC to reimburse our deposit should we cancel, the response I got was: according to their policy the deposit amount is not refundable which i totally understand as the client... but the booking was done under normal circumstances and we no longer live in normal circumstances we are in a pandemic times have change and so did our economy... the offer to extend our trip to April 2021 but then we will have to pay a penalty fee...

like really MSC cruises does not have any empathy towards their clients, they dont care as long as they get something out of the deal... this is what is call inconsiderate and bad service.
