Could have been injured on your ship

To whom it may concern,<br> <br> I travelled on the MSC from the 22nd to 26th February. My friend and I packed well as we enjoyed dressing up to go for the sit down dinners.<br> <br> One evening, as I was walking around the lounges about to go to Il Covo for dinner, I was wearing a pair of heels and got stuck into what felt like a pothole where my heel broke off. I joked about to make the matter lighter but I am disappointed that such a beautiful ship which had just been refurnished contributed to me having a broken heel. What hurt me was that I brought the matter to the attention of some senior members of the crew when we met with the Captain and they laughed. Its lucky that I broke a shoe but could have even injured myself which I don't think would have been a laughing matter. I would really like someone to have a close look at the carpet of the lounge closest to Il Covo as I believe that underneath the carpet, the might be a small hole which might have been left by mistake but was enough for me to loose my heel in.<br> <br> Kind regards and looking forward to your response.<br>
