Complaint MSC Starlight Cruises

MSC Cruises has no regard for their travelers. Cruise embarkation times changed at last minute and they just don't seem to care. Flight tickets booked well in advance had to be changed to accommodate check-in times and yet again they change the times. Call center agent Beverley and Team Leader Irene has no customer skills at all. Irene dropped the phone on me. MSC needs to get their act together as they will lose a lot of clients, in fact they just lost one, this will be my last time.
