Change of confirmed booking after it has been fullly settled

Hi am livered by the level of unproffessionalness of msc cruise consultants.

I booked a cruise over 6 months back and settled the quotes timeously. Today i call in and request additional quotes

When i give the lady my booking reference she further advises that i was given an incorrect quote for one of my bookings that have been paid up. I tell her that the mistake cant be my problem and we continue discussing the new quotes. Subsequently to finishing our call i had a feeling i should check this booking on line only to find out that it has been unconfirmed and i have an outstanding balance.

I am so livered. Not only did i pay for a quote i was given but they without informing me changed it. Ontop of that im told the last day to pay the difference is today. This is so unproffessional and inconsiderate especially in this economic climate.

If there is an option to; i would like all my money back for all the cabins i have paid for. I do not support businesses that are not customer orientated and look to exploit people.

I want all my money back of a resolution to this or i will escalate this to the ombudsman
