Call Centre agent rude and unprofessional

I called in on the MSC contact centre at around 2pm on 15 November, who got very aggressive and completely rude service from a female by the name of fortune. When I called her out on it, she then put me on hold for 5mins for no apparent reason and then hung up the phone. Please work on your customer service as what she did was very unprofessional and just plain rude.
