Cabin card funds not returned

On the 9th March 2020 until the 13th March 2020, I was on the MSC Orchestra sailing to Pomene from Durban.During my trip I wanted to purchase a few items from the onboard duty free shop. I was then advised by the MSC staff that I would need to link my credit card to my cabin card and the I would be able to purchase. They did advise that $150 dollars will be deducted from my credit card and about 14 days time, the balance amount of what I did not use would be returned to me, however this has not happened. I need to know when will I be getting my money back?? I would need someone from the MSC to contact me and advise as to when I will be getting my money back
