Between Aug/Oct 2020 we booked a cruise to Pomene (***) which was due to be travelled in March 2021, but it was subsequently cancelled due to Covid regulations (understandably so) however now with new booking we expected to pop another R3000- May I remind you that our previous payments have earned them interest. And now expected to pay another R3000 or forfeit our original deposit (Earned them interest) We want our refund in full because, we were very prepared for the trip. We expecting full refund and should the need arise again utilize your services again arise, we will re-do another booking altogether. this is a ******* and ********* business practice
